Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from employees, reputed company, and/or Financial Advisors (FAs) of companies that have 401(k) services, providing solutions and processing requests generated from these calls
- Accurately and reputed company completing day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan operation
- Documenting details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Proactively discovering and resolving potential problems through reputed company, confident, and effective communication with partners, clients, reputed company, agencies, and external/internal customers, maintaining reputed company working relationships to promote retention and a reputed company service image
- Developing and applying continuously growing product and process knowledge to effectively anticipate and meet customer service needs
- Continually identifying problems, including but not limited to procedural gaps, and assisting in resolving with the appropriate resource(s), such as a Leader, reputed company Assurance, and/or others

Minimum Qualifications

- Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, problem-reputed company skills, and detail orientation
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in business, communications, finance, or reputed company or equivalent work experience
- Be fluent in English and Spanish
- Have experience in a call center environment
- Have retirement industry experience
