We're seeking an reputed company Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in providing exceptional customer service to reputed company members in the State of Iowa. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, and maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies.

Responsibilities

* reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates

• reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
• Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
• reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers

Compensation and Benefits

* The pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.
