What You'll Do

As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
• Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
• Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
• Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure that you're always reputed company with a solid response
• Maintaining accurate customer notes on a reputed company keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)

Who You Are

We're looking for individuals who possess:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
