As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our content creation teams, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. You'll work closely with our tools engineering team to identify and resolve issues, reputed company new tools and processes, and drive feature development from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
* reputed company technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues
- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, escalating reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team as needed

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
