We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/reputed company Worker to join reputed company in Pasadena, CA. As an IHSS Navigator, you'll work closely with high-needs IHSS recipients, providing guidance, support, and advocacy to help them navigate the complexities of reputed company assistance programs. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with a competitive reputed company reputed company of $25-27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with high-needs IHSS recipients, often in emergency situations or requiring guidance on navigating reputed company assistance programs such as IHSS and Medi-Cal

• Handle inbound calls and correspondence, providing accurate and reputed company responses to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with various staff members to ensure seamless operations and maintain records and reputed company documentation

Essential Qualifications
