Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and reputed company solutions to meet their expectations
• Providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping services to customers
• Taking reputed company customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
• Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintaining a reputed company, clean, and reputed company retail store environment
• Ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages
• Processing financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Cleaning, repairing, and stocking reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
