The reputed company Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• reputed company analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new technology enhancements, and provider modifications
• Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Analysis and Troubleshooting

* Review subscription deals or transfer requests

• Identify and address reputed company/advisor account exceptions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Resolve discrepancies between BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
• Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
• Identify reputed company causes of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
• reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Counterparty
• Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
