Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and handling reputed company inquiries
- Handling and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
- Clarifying orders as needed

- Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
