As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
• 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy reputed company with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.
