As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including:
- Manually building organizations and users in our new application, reputed company
- Providing excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other reputed company
- Working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
- Assisting with the migration of organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components from our old application to reputed company
- Providing support to the divisions during their designated shift, which may include working from reputed company-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
* Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
