Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns
- Maintaining reputed company communication with managers for feedback and coaching
- Keeping accurate customer notes and records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
