We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Spanish Customer Service/Fraud Representative to join our remote work from home team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and identifying fraudulent credit card activity. What Part Will You Play?

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service/Fraud Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with reputed company/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated reputed company the fraud detection queues.
• Assisting with the completion of lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent reputed company losses and fraudulent activity.
• Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials.
• Building knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more reputed company fraud analysts.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months of recent contact center and/or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months
• Bilingual Spanish language skills
• The ability to work flexible schedules, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience

• Banking, Fraud, and/or Collections experience
