Position Scope

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed. Duties & Responsibilities

Qualification/Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
