Responsibilities

As a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming customers, demonstrating reputed company selling, and providing product information and guidance
• Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, setting up seasonal promotions/visual displays, and monitoring assigned areas for product restocking and recovery
• Operating cash registers, assisting customers with reputed company-out, and executing cash handling procedures
• Receiving and processing incoming merchandise, assisting with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests, and handling seasonal perishable goods
• Supporting the digital and in-store shopping experience by assisting with responding to customer inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills
