About the Role

This role is a member of the Payments reputed company reputed company team at arenaflex Credit reputed company. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling a reputed company of tasks reputed company to account processing, reputed company bills, and budget transfers. Your primary reputed company will be on ensuring that our customers receive reputed company and accurate processing of their transactions, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete statistical reputed company and balancing features

• Coordinate return items with contributors, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and associated reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
• Work member cases/assignments as assigned
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees

Essential Qualifications:

* High school degree or GED

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer/member service experience

• Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

* Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software

• Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
