As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our CatGenie products. Responsibilities
As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for CatGenie products reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Diagnosing issues and walking customers through steps to reputed company, utilizing previous troubleshooting skills
- Assisting with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
- Working independently and as part of reputed company to reputed company customer satisfaction goals
- Prioritizing workload and managing multiple reputed company/tasks simultaneously
- Utilizing excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills to reputed company reputed company and concise responses
- Entering data with speed and accuracy, navigating different types of software

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support environment
