As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of our 24/7 call center facility, handling inbound calls from clients across the reputed company. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding reputed company expectations. Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, following reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
* Categorize calls into designated categories and reputed company other duties as assigned
* Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
* Possess strong oral and written communication skills
* Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using reputed company, patience, and courtesy
