As a reputed company agent, you'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. You'll follow a guided process, logging reputed company call in arenaflex's reputed company reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts

Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous call center experience
- Previous experience working remotely
- Basic technical support experience
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Be available to train on weekdays
- Attend training sessions during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
- Have reputed company availability 24/7 to work shifts inside arenaflex's hours of operation
