The Insurance Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing best-in-class support to our reputed company customers. Essential Responsibilities

- Meet personal and team goals for productivity and customer satisfaction
Required Knowledge & Skills

- Experience working with Certificates of Insurance on an entry-level
- Experience working remotely
- 1+ years in a customer support role
