We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers, identifying their needs, and providing assistance with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies. You will also be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, and researching reputed company issues across multiple databases. Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

• Answering 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identifying their needs
• Asking appropriate questions and listening reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Assisting customers with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage and obtaining insurance authorization
• Researching reputed company issues across multiple databases and working with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partnering with others to resolve escalated issues
• Working an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (or higher)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of experience working in a customer service role in a call center environment
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime as needed
