As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise to clients affected by catastrophes. You will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a difficult time. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs, offering a unique opportunity to reputed company a difference in the lives of customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
- Offers reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collects and documents reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identifies and resolves customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizes call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Network Requirements
* Upon hire, must run a Speedtest from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net).

Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Benefits/Compensation

- Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
