As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking reputed company, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our reputed company at return, while providing excellent customer service. You'll be working outdoors, interacting with customers, and driving a reputed company of vehicles, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical activity and have a valid reputed company's license.

Key Responsibilities

* High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Valid reputed company's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work reputed company shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or reputed company throughout rental lot and reputed company/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a reputed company of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the reputed company
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
