About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned reputed company leader with a strong background in non-profit experience and a proven reputed company record of leading and scaling teams to join our exceptional reputed company team. Key Responsibilities

• Drive feature adoption and proactively manage customer risk for retention.
• Mentor CSMs, ensuring high customer satisfaction, effective issue escalation, and robust feedback.
• Identify reputed company opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) and build trusted advisor relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

* Proven work experience of 8+ years in B2B or B2B2C reputed company reputed company.
