As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and reputed company, while ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and patient enrollment processes. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve External Exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications
