We're seeking a talented Claims Customer Service Representative to join our growing claims department at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts
• Requesting and distributing internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department
• Answering phone and email inquiries and providing information and explanations on the various reputed company of contract coverage, and claims processes
• Managing work-reputed company, processing, and completing reputed company requests and documents according to established procedures
• Collaborating with management and co-workers in a friendly team environment
• Participating in camera-based training, team meetings, and meetings with management
• Other job duties as assigned

Key to reputed company

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of a High School graduate or GED
• Strong organizational and customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and multitask
• A high level of accuracy in data entry skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract reputed company, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers
• Proficient working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly
• The ability to type at least 35 wpm and document information while discussing the claim over the phone
• Automotive Service Department experience is preferred, but not required
