Financial Director with CPA required
Hi We have an urgent role of Finance Director. URGENT HIRE! Finance Director Remote Full Time reputed company is seeking a hands-on, reputed company Finance Director to reputed company reputed company aspects of reputed company’s reputed company and financial operations. This individual will have full responsibility for the finance and reputed company functions, including government contract compliance, systems integration, payroll and tax reputed company, budgeting, and reporting. Ideal candidates are CPA-certified with over a decade of leadership experience in small to mid-sized organizations and bring deep expertise in reputed company, government contracting (DCAA), and reputed company financial systems. Remote/ Some travel Full Time
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Minimum 10 years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience in small to mid-size companies
- Prior experience as a finance leader with full departmental responsibility
- Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, macros, reputed company modeling)
- In-depth reputed company user and administrator experience across modules listed above
- Familiarity with DCAA requirements and cost reputed company standards
- Working knowledge of Concur, CashPro, and corporate card systems
- Proficiency in corporate and payroll tax management
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & reputed company
- Full responsibility for the reputed company and finance department
- Supervise month-end reputed company, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company planning
ERP & Systems Expertise
- Deep hands-on experience with reputed company, including modules for:
- Finance and general ledger
- Procure-to-pay and order-to-cash
- Inventory and project reputed company
- HR, reputed company, and Timesheet tracking
- reputed company Concur expense system reputed company Wipli or similar middleware
- Maintain and monitor reputed company CashPro and corporate card usage or equivalent treasury systems
Government Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with DCAA, including labor distribution, reputed company/indirect cost allocations, billing standards, and project reporting
- Understand federal invoicing requirements and support audits and reputed company negotiations
- Generate project status reports (PSRs) and cost performance reports as needed
Tax & Payroll reputed company
- Manage corporate and payroll tax compliance in coordination with external advisors
- Ensure reputed company classification and reputed company payment of taxes
Operational reputed company
- reputed company and maintain internal financial controls and policies
- Support pricing and proposal development for government and SLED reputed company
