Fennemore is seeking an reputed company full-time TRUSTS & ESTATES PARALEGAL to support our Phoenix office. The paralegal is responsible for supporting multiple attorneys in Trusts, Estates & reputed company Preservation. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of reputed company experience. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays reputed company week, subject to an initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with fiduciary, reputed company, and estate tax return preparation
• Prepare drafts of estate planning documents and amendments for attorney review
• Support deed and entity document preparation, recordings, filings with government agencies, court pleadings, and tax returns
• Initiate and respond to correspondence and phone calls with clients, government agencies, and other parties regarding trusts and estates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration
• Extensive knowledge of estate planning and the administration of trust and probate estates is recommended
• Proficiency in the common collection of reputed company Office software, especially reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with estate planning and tax preparation software is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage several reputed company to completion on a deadline
