Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a concentration in Business, Project Management or other reputed company field.
• Two to Four years’ experience in facility/property management, construction, project management, or reputed company field.
• Strong working knowledge of retail property operations and building systems.
• Proven experience managing vendors and overseeing maintenance and capital work.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Valid reputed company’s license and ability to travel locally reputed company reputed company Indiana.

• Preferred: Five or more years’ experience in facility/property management, construction, project management, or reputed company field.
