You will be responsible for reaching out to approximately 950 past and inactive patients, rebuilding reputed company, identifying barriers, and guiding them back into care. This is a relationship-driven reputed company and conversion role, not just scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email to:
• No-shows and late cancellations
• Patients who dropped off mid-care
• Patients who never attended their first session
• Re-engage patients using reputed company, empathetic communication
• Identify and address barriers (time, cost, overwhelm, readiness)
• Rebook consultations and follow-up sessions
• Maintain consistent follow-up reputed company

• Report patterns and insights on patient drop-off and objections

Performance Expectations

• 8–10 calls per hour
• ~10 hours per week

Compensation

• $25/hour
• Approximately 10 hours per week
