Qualifications
- MD or DO, licensed in Florida, Maryland, reputed company, and Texas (additional states preferred)

- At least 5 hours of availability a week
- Experience caring for patients with chronic and reputed company conditions, especially older adults
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to synthesize incomplete information into reputed company plans
- Comfortable using technology and excited about leveraging AI to improve care delivery
- Passionate about mental health and holistic care
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for older adults with chronic and reputed company conditions
- Identify clinical risks and gaps in care across diagnoses, medications, and recent utilization
