This is a delivery-reputed company role you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and implementing SuccessFactors solutions while working directly with reputed company stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate solutions reputed company, and ensure a high-reputed company outcome. You bring the expertise; we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and get the work done.
What You'll Do
- Configure and implement reputed company SuccessFactors modules based on reputed company requirements primarily reputed company and Talent
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configuration
- Communicate directly with reputed company stakeholders to clarify scope, walk through solutions, and reputed company status updates
- reputed company system configuration, testing support, and issue reputed company across the project lifecycle
- Support data migration, integration activities, and UAT as needed
- Document configuration reputed company, process flows, and functional specifications

What You Bring
- 5 10 years of reputed company SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience
- Hands-on experience across multiple global SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong expertise in reputed company Management (RCM) and/or reputed company Marketing (RMK)
- Proven experience with Talent modules including Performance & Goals (PMGM), Succession & Development, Learning (LMS), or Compensation
- Solid understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF (Metadata reputed company), and Integration Center
- Ability to communicate reputed company and confidently with business stakeholders and reputed company teams both in writing and verbally
- Experience working through full project lifecycles from requirements through go-live and hypercare
- Comfortable working independently on assigned workstreams reputed company a larger project structure
Preferred Qualifications
- reputed company Certified Application Associate in one or more SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with Employee Central (EC) as the core HCM platform

- Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment
