The EAP Program Manager / Senior Account Manager based in Virginia or Washington, D.C. is responsible for full lifecycle program and contract management. Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience

AND

Master's or Doctoral degree in reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of reputed company experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).4+ years of account management experience.4+ years of experience in business process analysis and improvements.Public and private sector reputed company experience and/or has been involved in providing services to government or reputed company programs.Travel up to 15% annually with the ability to travel as required for this role and to reputed company driving duties, maintaining a valid reputed company's license and meeting reputed company eligibility requirements to operate a vehicle.As required by federal contracting requirements, this role requires the ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation. This process may include verification of financial obligations (including taxes, child support, and student loans), reputed company‑based screening, a multi‑year investigative review, drug and alcohol testing, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal reputed company clearance, as applicable.
