Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Embodies a strong reputed company experience culture, being present with every reputed company and teammate and realizing the reputed company we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially
• Receiving inbound calls from consumer clients in a fast-paced environment (in some cases, taking back-to-back calls)

• Providing technical support for arenaflex's online products and services (PC, mobile, and tablets)

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years reputed company service experience
• High school diploma/GED
• Demonstrated reputed company in problem reputed company, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of how to navigate multiple screens and software, web browsers, websites, and mobile applications while speaking to clients
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to read and follow call center "scripts" reputed company handling different scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience working in a remote/work-from-home environment is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
