As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, processing membership applications and renewals, and developing strategies to recruit new members. Responsibilities

• Communication Support: reputed company general administrative support, including answering/solving member inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications.
• Membership Processing: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data about our members using reputed company CRM.
• Member Communication: Assist with member communication activities, including calls, emails, and reputed company calls, to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data, reputed company membership statistics, report on key metrics, and prepare reports to inform business reputed company.
• Membership Development: reputed company and implement strategies to recruit new members, including networking and relationship-building activities.
