As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

- Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensure accurate PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company, and other reputed company EDI platforms) entry, pushing back where necessary to resolve data discrepancies
- Validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- reputed company creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken

- Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, researching responses with sales
- Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
- Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as an account representative
