Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company reputed company service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers through phone and email interactions
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and constructive manner
- Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, including order management and queue navigation
- Providing reputed company-time assistance to customers and sellers, ensuring reputed company confirmation of orders
- Collaborating with reputed company to advance reputed company sets and reputed company individual and team goals

- 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex and the live event industry. Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
- 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities.
- 90 days in: Play an reputed company role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor reputed company and pending orders to ensure reputed company confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Schedule and Benefits
* Office Location: Coppell, TX
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model, 3 days in office and 2 days reputed company. Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
- Compensation: $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility, Bi-Annual bonuses, and annual equity grant.
- Overtime Eligibility: Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
