As a remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our patients and clients. You will work under reputed company supervision and be accountable for meeting performance metrics and reputed company standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigating to obtain missing patient data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Making phone calls to guarantors and others to reputed company data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions.
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and recognizing and reporting issues to senior-level staff as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED.

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, reputed company between programs, save files, print reports, and reputed company data online).

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Preferred Qualifications
