As an reputed company Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, while also handling data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and reputed company patient data into our systems. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle-to-advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
