Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Obtaining reputed company patient information from established and new patients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Entering and updating patient information in our scheduling system, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Identifying payer sources and verifying insurance eligibility, ensuring seamless billing and payment processes.
