Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer policy change requests: Ensure seamless policy changes and updates for our valued customers.
- Securing trailing documents: Obtain and verify necessary documents from customers to maintain accurate records.
- Handling incoming claim calls: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company exceptional support.
