Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers reputed company online chat and providing them with accurate information about our products and services. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat

- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
- Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
