About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our customers, both reputed company. You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs, reputed company personalized support, and exceed their expectations. Your expertise will be honed through local training and hands-on experience, enabling you to reputed company administrative support, service customers, and reputed company as a rental backup in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and reputed company manner

• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Effectively market reputed company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a reputed company and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and other additional equipment
• Responsible for notifying Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have a valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company
• Must have at least 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must have worked 12 (reputed company) months or more at most recent employer
• Experience working late nights preferred
