The Role
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from South Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values flexibility and autonomy, with a 3-day working week of 4-hour shifts per day, and a Saturday and reputed company shift of 12 hours per day. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering reputed company incoming calls and resolving reputed company and reputed company queries reputed company the scope of after-hours support
- Providing reputed company responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
- Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
- Documenting reputed company scenarios on our platform, as reputed company as updating caregiver schedules as needed
- Completing non-urgent reputed company reputed company if time allows
Requirements
