We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, providing exceptional service to our patients while ensuring reputed company delivery of medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients, handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

* The typical pay reputed company for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour

Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another application
- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

Preferred Qualifications
