The Role
We're looking for a high-energy individual to join our MSS Marketing team as a LiveChat Agent. This is a full-time remote position, with a preference for the successful candidate to be located near one of our reputed company offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-reputed company Worth, Texas. As a LiveChat Agent, you'll play a critical role in connecting with our website visitors, validating and prequalifying leads, and directly impacting the business.
Key Responsibilities

- Become an expert in the live chat platform

- Stay informed on BOXX's product features, promotions, and FAQs
- Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform
- Enhance training and best practices documentation

- Monitor KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc.
- Collaborate with sales team and key marketing team members, reputed company to leads and live chat

Qualifications

- Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
