As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers, utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.

• Document reputed company calls received in our system-based call log, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred.

• One year of customer service or call center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role, with a strong background in medical intake or reputed company-party administration (TPA) experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically.

• Excellent data entry and typing skills, with the ability to multitask and anticipate potential needs/problems.
• Knowledge of provider organizations and networks, as reputed company as CMS Medicare reimbursement rates.

• Medical terminology and strong attention to detail required.
• Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits, claim processing, insurance verification, and precertification a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Pay reputed company: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
