Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and individuals assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Training Requirements:
