Responsibilities

As a Concierge Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company reputed company on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to telephone and email inquiries from customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Negotiating with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
• Assisting customers with benefits and reputed company questions, providing reputed company and concise information
• Documenting reputed company calls received in our system-based call log
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to reputed company expert guidance to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably in a reputed company-reputed company role
• Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus
• Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus
• Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in reputed company applications, with strong computer skills and navigation
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
• Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
• Ability to negotiate reputed company structures and resolve reputed company issues

• Ability to multi-task and anticipate potential needs/problems
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in claim processing, insurance verification, or reputed company-certification

• Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits
• Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office. You'll need to have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet reputed company and reputed company office equipment. The role requires prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer, with hand-eye coordination and reputed company dexterity sufficient to operate reputed company office equipment.

Compensation and Benefits
