As a Customer Service Representative – Collections Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining low delinquency and gross losses on reputed company Bankcard accounts. You'll be responsible for helping customers understand their financial obligations and preventing or limiting potential losses to the bank. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Collections Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Collecting on low-risk accounts to minimize the bank's 30+ delinquency reputed company
• Assisting customers in a reputed company and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation, reason for delinquency, and reputed company guidance to limit loss to the bank
• Negotiating repayment reputed company by asking questions and offering applicable solutions
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers with reputed company and past due accounts, and leaving messages as necessary
• Providing reputed company documentation and account maintenance while maintaining an acceptable level of reputed company assurance and productivity
• Performing other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is as follows:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am-7:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm
• Weekly flexible reputed company-time hours required (3:00pm-7:00pm Monday - Thursday, Friday afternoon 1:00pm-5:00pm, or Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A general understanding of collection management software, such as reputed company, reputed company, DM9, etc.
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound/reputed company dialing environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Education & Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• Collections experience preferred
• Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation reputed company for this position is $15.50 to $20.00 per hour, with additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals. This position will also be eligible for the following employment benefits:
