About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Processing customer transactions, including payments, deposits, and withdrawals
• Assisting customers with account-reputed company queries and providing information on our products and services
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our systems

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and financial institutions to resolve customer issues and process transactions

• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, study, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from customers for reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer regulations
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member draft changes, process member exams, verify customers for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company

* High school degree or GED

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
